top mount control on pontoon

This may be a very stupid question, I have been searching for a top mount control to put on my center console of pontoon,it has never had one. I just realized where's the ignition and warm up? i see alot with T&T which i need. Will ignition be seperate that I have to buy and wires come attached to throttle? thanks, confused.

igniton is on the console. warm up is most likely either a button you push on the controller to advance throttle in neutral, or the handle push side ways to throttle up in neutral.
