Torque specs 470 - help with my stupidity

Changing head gasket on my 470. Putting it back together tomorrow night. Stupidly I never downloaded the manual previously from the adults only section, just opened and viewed it.

Anyone have torque specs for 1984 470 for:

Head
Intake manifold
Exhaust manifold

Rockers go to "0" lash and another 3/4 turn as starting point?

Head bolts- 130ft/lbs
int & exaust 25ft/lbs
rocker arm bolts 20ft/lbs WITH VALVES CLOSED
Push rods are not adjusted like GM motors, you install the rods, make sure that particular cylinder is on compression stroke, torque rocker bolt to 20ft/lbs.

The head is torqued in stages 55, 90, 130. Perfect seal on threads and bolt head
torque in sequence . 7 3 1 5 9
engine front ..........<8 4 2 6 10 starboard center bolt is #1
