Torque Specs and Sequence

Just had the heads done on my 89 OMC 4.3l and was wondering if anyone knows the proper sequence and torques for the heads, intake manifold and exhaust manifold or if there is a link somewhere that tells what they are. I have a MAHLE Torque Spec guide but it is for mostly newer GM cars and trucks, not sure if they are the same specs. Thanks

Here's a link to the Merc service manual that covers the 89 model engine.
The engine specs are the same. section 3 covers the engine.
