Torque specs for 60h 1986 3 cry head gasket

I'm looking for the torque specs for the head gasket of a 1986 60h 3 cylinder Johnson. Does anyone have a diagram of the order to tighten as well? I'm having a Machine shop install an insert for a spark plug. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!

240 inch-lbs--------Starting from middle and working out.--------Do it in 3 steps.------------Your cylinder head is also warped and needs to be resurfaced.-----------It is warped because they all warp after many years of service.

Thanks Racerone! could you explain to me what you mean in the 3 steps? I believe you mean to start with the innermost holes and work to the exterior on each cylinder... but I am relatively inexperienced.
