.Pulled the transom plate to replace tilt oil lines and need torque for the nuts that secure the plate to the mount. Also I'm replacing engine with long block, and doing a change out of the gimbal bearing and all bellows. Can someone point me to a place I can find the various torque values I'll need?

I believe your talking about the inner transom plate It's 25 foot pounds - do it in a x cross pattern leaving the inner two bolts above the water inlet for last. Those I believe are a lesser torque. Around 12 foot pounds. I would have to check my manual to be sure. Let me know.
