Torque specs

I was running the river the other day and hit a gravel bar, the jet sucked up alot of gravel, to make a long story short, I have a rock stuck in the outlet part of the cooling system in the engine, right before it goes to the rubber hose to exit. The motor is a 1990 50ESD-JD and I was wondering what I needed to torque the bolts back to on the exhaust cover. Trying to get this information before I take it apart tonight to get that rock out.
