144 in/lbs, This is a small component. It does not require a exspensive wrench to bring to spec. Any more, I use a torgue wrench for rod bearings' main bearings', and flywheels. Keep in mind that, you are dealing with aluminum, just don't get over-handed . As an after thought, a 1/4 " drive socket set will do the bulk of the work on an out board.
