Tough read

After reading JB's comment about writing in a one paragraph form, I've decided to get with the program. When I type a multiple paragraph comment, it looks alright untill I preview and or send the reply. What settings should I have to eliminate this? I am running win.me., java script. My html is not enabled.

When you get done with one, hit enter.<br /><br />Then when you are done with that one hit enter again.<br /><br />Just hit enter twice each time you want to start a new paragraph.
