I have a 98 Maxum 2100SR. I purchased an Aerial Airborne tower for it and where it has to be mounted is not the thickest area, so I am going to use 6" wide 1/2" thick UHMW for backing plates as they will conform to my almost perfectly flat mounting points.
My question is: Should I still use 3M 5200 sealant for bonding to the fiberglass on the inside of the hull.
