Tower question

I put a tower on the boat for the kids and had it installed by a dealer, my question is where the rope connects at the top, there seems to be to different spots it could go. One inch below the other on this aerial tower, does it matter were the rope goes or should it go to the highest (inch higher)?

I'd go on the lowest. Worst case scenario it pops up into the next as opposed to popping off the top!!!

IF you put the rope on properly, it will not pop off, ever.

You have two rings, and one is not really worse than the other to hook to as far as I know... use whichever you want.
