225 hp 1999? voltage should be .950 to 3.75 app, my understanding is voltage should increase as throttel is opened this eng was worked on before i got it tps seems to be mounted corect small coupler can go 180 either wayhears the prob voltage will decrease going to open throttel wire colors seem to be right i have merc manual when in idel it also sets the warning buzzer offant help would be great thanks

download the service manual and have a read of that all the information is there you need to go to the thread that has merc manuals.
