Hi , I have been searching for information on converting my TR outdrives to a cable or manual shift , I have found a place that sells a kit , but was hoping to find someone who has done the job to give me some idea of how big a job it is . the people that sell it say it is a simple job with their kit which includes everything but the cable and the price seems reasonable .
