Track Data to External Memory??

Are there any other Fishfinder/GPS Chartplotters, other than Humminbird, Lowrance (Simrad), that are capable of storing track data (lat./long. and depth) to external memory (SD card)? I?m in an area where commercial digital maps are unavailable and would like to create my own. Thanks.
