I have 2 boats at this time.
1) 1969 22 ft Reinell with fresh water cooling which I will be selling or parting out. The OMC 350 engine runs and the OMC stringer outdrive works too. It has no top and the condition is no where near the condition of the other boat.
2) 1976 Bayliner Skagit 2250 with raw water cooling, a rebuilt 350 Chevy engine, a Volvo 280 outdrive, a hardtop and recent paint.
My question is in regard to the fresh water cooling system on the Reinell.
1) Should I just leave it be if I sell the Reinell?
2) Can I, or should I take the fresh water cooling system out of the Reinell and put it in the Bayliner? I boat mostly on the Columbia River but will take it to salt water occasionally.
3) If I part out the Reinell, which would bring more dollars than selling the whole boat, is the fresh water cooling system worth anything?
Your thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.
