Re: Trailer Brakes

I just put brakes on my boater. Mine didn't have brakes at all. After reading some post here I looked at the Champion Trailer site and found a complete kit to put the brakes on the trailer. Everything fit just like they said it would. They have complete kits or replacement parts if that is all you need. I found they have good prices and service.

Northern hydrolics, Overton's, check for backing plates on the axel, if you dont have them then you will need to change the axel.

Ouch!!! You mean the axel too? I am almost beginning to shy away from the whole idea. It seems like the $$$ keeps going up. Are axels difficult to find.<br />My rig is on a simple two wheel outfit. It will all cost more than I paid for the whole thing!!! :D

Thanks. After a little research I think I found the set up that I need @ Champion Trailers in a Kit with all the parts, and for a good price too!
