Does anyone know the exact operation of the button marked "trailer" on the throttle lever assembly? I can only assume that one press should motor the leg to the top of it's limit ready for loading on to a trailer, and that the the cut off at the top is done using the switch on the side of the leg (opposite side to trim gauge sender)? Only i think i may be missing a part, as some wire twizzling tinkerer has joined wires together and now the button functions in the exact same way as the up trim but doesn't shut off at the top! Is there some sort of latching relay that keeps it going without holding the button? I have the motor/pump, and two relays (up and down). What am i missing, as my wires from the stop sender are floating in the engine bay?! Ben

Sorry to waste your time guys, just used the search facility and found everything i need. It's an alpha one gen 1. What i am interested in is auto trim. does this do the trimming for you?
