Re: trailer help

Do you mean it snapped in half or it is a tilt trailer?

Re: trailer help

I like tilt trailers, they can be very helpful for launching and retrieving.

Is there a problem with it?

Re: trailer help

It depends how steep the launch is..If it is too steep to slide your boat in without tilting it into the water, you can tilt it. If you need it, you will know. I personally have never needed to use the tilt on mine.

Re: trailer help

shallow ramps the are really handy, as the back tilts down for the bow to get on the roller, then you crank the winch, the boat will climb up the trailer, and when the center of gravity changes the bow will lower. i have been in rarely used unimproved dirt ramps, where i had to dry load my boat. they really help in that situation. all but one of my trailers tilt.
