Trailer manufacture identifacation

My trailer came with the boat, the hull is tittled, and the trailer's registration in MIA. For ,me to be legal, I need the manufacturer's name, and all I have is the tag on the frame of the trailer. I have searched a few guesses and came up with nothing. I am wondering if some old sage member here knows the name of the manufacture. ARC??? Enterprises Inc. Any guesses?
