I'm about to become a new pontoon owner and have a couple of questions regarding the trailer. I'm getting a new tri-toon delivered in a coule of weeks, it's still at the dealer getting rigged. On the pictures the dealer sent to me I noticed that the boat only sits on the outer bunks, no support for the center tube. is this normal or should this have a differant trailer? The outer tubes are 25" and the center is 27", could this be the reason they didn't use bunk rails to support the center tube? I'd also like to get some guide rails to align the tubes with the bunks for loading, any suggestions? The boat is a 24' with the center tube extended to the rear and supporting a 125 OptiMax.
