Trailer Tires Questions

I have a trailer heavy duty which runs tires of the size of 8-14.5 which is rare because they are typically mobile home tires. Does anyone know a substitute for these. Here is a picture and bolt pattern.

Someone told me if I go to a pick a part and get a chevy tahoe rim and tire it will be the same bolt pattern. Anyone can confirm this?
