Trailer Wheels and Tires

So, I bought an old trailer with my boat. It's really old. My question is: a) no spare tire- how much is a typical small trailer tire with a wheel? b) how much should two small trailer tires cost? What's a typical cost? Lets estimate them at about 12 inch tires.
