Green to green
Yellow to yellow
Green/brown and yellow/brown to brown
White to ground

Be sure to ground the trailer harness white lead to the trailer frame. Also ground the white lead on the vehicle side harness to a vehicle ground. If you don't have good grounds you will have problems with the lights working properly.

And also make sure each light has a good ground. This ground is usually made with a screw or bolt that secures the light to the trailer frame. If that connection isn't clean and tight, or the wire wire in the harness is not properly grounded all sorts of weird things happen. Likewise, the white wire ground on the tow vehicle needs to be properly grounded.
