I have a 2000 palm beach whitecap 181. I lost the transom drain plug and need some help finding a replacement. It is a white plastic plug and the hole is slightly larger than the brass plug out of my 26' CC. but appears to have similar threads. Almost like it would fit with some teflon tape. Do you guys have any ideas? Thanks

Can't you use one of these or these ? They have a range of adjustment bigger or smaller by spinning the lever before you flip it to 90?.

Thanks Jay, Yes those do work and I am temporarily using one. I'm looking for a more permanent fix opposed to removing what is there and installing an entire new fitting.

The Threaded Brass Plugs are commonly MPT pipe thread plug.
Any plumbing department will carry them.
1/2 Pipe Thread is is most common and is a LOT larger than 0.5 inches. (Well Over 3/4")

Was THIS it?
