Transom/Left Lower Damage from hitting a median, how to repair?

So today in the morning, I picked up my boat after my mechanic changed the gear set on the lower unit, and as I was driving home, I snoozed off during a curve, and woke up in time, but by swerving right away from the median, the trailer (sadly, the boat to be precisely!) hit the median!

Here are pictures of the damage I saw when I got home, while driving I thought it must have been the trailer that hit, but no :(
(They are also attached in lower quality to the post).

How do I repair this? Preferably in a DIY manner, I've got a whole winter to fix this now in my garage...
It is aluminium boat, just to be clear.

Thanks!

Have never repaired an aluminum boat, but have done aluminum repair. Hope a someone comes along which has

I would use a sledge or hand anvil against the backside, and another hammer to pound the wrinkles out. Once sort of smoothed out, use mig welder with aluminum spool gun to seal up the cracks, and add some for strength. Then sand/grind flat, and use bondo to smooth out and paint.

I would definitely try to bang it out to closer to the original shape. That's a tough spot, the corner. Sucks, thats for sure.

easy fix, bang it out get it as close as you can then have someone weld that seam crack just for good measure. id use a ball peen hammer with a backing block and go slow and easy, another method is dent puller but then those holes will have to be welded back shut

I would smear a bit of epoxy over the seam and go boating.

then when you need to do the transom, and after you have the wood out, only then fix it.
