I have an 86 Angler with a rotten transom. The deck comes off of the hull in this boat (or mostly anyway; still struggling to get it off in the stern end). At the moment I am looking forward to when I have the old transom out and ready to replace it. Can someone tell me what compressed foam I can use instead of fiberglassed plywood? What material and weight would be recommended and how to I go about finding a source of it? Anyone been through this?<br /> Thank you.
