Hey Everyone. Getting close to mounting my transom plate and gimbal assembly. I want to replace all the hardware (nuts, bolts, studs etc.) but having a heck of a time finding part numbers and what I need. Wondering if someone can help me out? Info is in my signature. Also how do I remove the old studs in the gimbal? I have been spraying with penetrating oil for the last few weeks but they won’t budge. Will I need to apply some heat?

thanks for the help

Just to confirm as it seems your signature info is just a bit off with matching via the year and model wise being the boat is a 1987 and the engine and drive serial numbers are from the late 1960's... 67 - 69.

If that's accurate years wise then the following links will guide you to the part numbers.

Item numbers 2, 27, 28, https://www.mercruiserparts.com/bam/...y/30824/1564/2

And item numbers in-and-around the 40's and some 50's depending on what you'd like to do/buy, etc., https://www.mercruiserparts.com/bam/...y/30824/1564/1

Thanks. I had a old Grew that had the merc in it. The Capri had a Ford but was no good. So I am installing the merc.
