Transom repair may need help

I own a 1989 2302 trophy w/a with a 1998 225 Mercury saltwater, and i think the transom need repair, so here are some pic of the transom. i start to cut the top cover off the tramsom and well the pic will explan. (i was going to use seacast for repair) more pic to follow

Lots of work, or fun depending how you look at it. Good thing you didn't loose that nice Merc.

Yes it is a lot of work. If you look at it as a hobby, then it's not work it's getting the boat ready for this years fishing.
i have a qustion how do i add more pic? to show my progress

as you can see had to cut out the floor of the splashwell, you can see that bayliner did not go all the way to top of the transome with fiberglass,
so when i get ride of the wood their wont be a backing about 8" down.

The pics you've posted look great but you're limited to 5 or 6 per post. However you can have as many posts as you like.
