Any one know where i can get the rubber v-block for my transom saver.

Probably from the manufacturer of the transom saver. Otherwise check for "Bow Stops" right here on IBoats. It may turn out that a "V" shaped bow stop will work. However, parts like those are so specialized and in such low demand, chances are the original manufacturer is the only choice.

Don't know if you ever found your replacement, but iboats has one...
Search for Part # 99-55805 (the description isn't the best, and would lead one to thing you're buying the whole thing, but that is the part number for the rubber V-block only).
