Transon bracket lower

1991 cobra 3.0. I replaced the tilt trim pump to transon hydraulic lines. This required pulling the engine and inside transom bracket. After putting it back together I had to align the engine and gimble bearing with my alignment bar. I had to lower the forward engine mount by 17 complete revolutions on the adjustment nut. Think only about 3 more revolutions remain on the threads. Engine alignment was good prior to starting this job. So obviously the transon brackets are now lower are the transon. Question is whether this is a concern?
