Traveling the St. Johns River to the Jacksonville Airshow.

So the Jacksonville Airshow is coming November 6th thru 8th this year and I want to take the boat up the St. Johns River to see the show. I would be coming from Orlando and would probably put in near Sanford. Does anyone know what the travel time is like heading from Sanford to Jacksonville on the St. Johns River. I would probably want to make it a weekend long trip so I don't mind sleeping over somewhere, even in the boat. November in Florida is nice. The farthest I have travelled on the River is up to Hontoon Island and soon I'm going to take the trip up to Silver Glen Springs.
