Tread locker & sealant ???

Im working on my engine putting it back together and my powerhead kit came with thread locker and sealant My manual doesnt mention the thread locker where does it go Im guessing rod bolts or maybe powerhead mounting bolts please help.I need to know quick Im putting heads together now Ill check back in a few..Thanks guys

Reel.... You don't say what engine you have. The following advice pertains to the Evinrude and Johnson outboard line.<br /><br />You could dab a slight bit (just a drop) of thread sealer on the upper and lower crankcase head retaining bolts (crankcase head is the housing that slides over the top and bottom of the crankshaft), and also on the stator retaining bolts. No other bolts, nuts or screws!

Thanks joe<br />I found out where it goes didnt read all... of what the manual its a yamaha 130 it says to put it on the head cover, head ,and crank case bolts <br />thamnks for the reply
