Trim cylinder leaking down

Hi Guys its a 50HP 3cyl 1989 ELPTO. Trim assembly number 19217a 1, this is the round motor and not the Eaton type. Just recently I have noticed that it has started to very gradually creep down. I have guessed that this problem is not going to disappear and will certainly become worse, so before it gets worse I thought I would ask you Guys.
