I have a 75 searay 888 with factory pump, and since i know nothing about hydraukics and stuff i was wondering if anybody knew where i could find a manual or a diagram for the wiring and the cylinders. The pump runs when i pish the in button but the other 2 buttons do nothing so idk if its a bad switch or bad solenoid? Plus while looking and tracking down hoses i noticed the hoses and some wiring are attached to the motor and some go to these little things behind the motor beside the blower? I have no idea on what that is. But i put the boat in the water with no trim and i cant backbup bc the prop comes up.out of the water so im screwed on that until.i get the trim fixed so any thoughts would be appreciated
One of my buddies sd he thinks its a bad solenoid on the pump

Here's a link to the service manual http://www.4shared.com/document/3AHpVLYw/Service_Manual_02.html

Since the blower can be installed anywhere in the back of the boat, makes it hard to answer questions like this. If you don't find your answer in the manual, post a picture of what you don't know what is.

Re: trim diagram?

I have an 87 bayliner and sheared one of the wires with the throttle control. This is common because wires are wrapped around the spindle in the control. Other common tilt wiring is green (grass) wire is down and blue (sky) wire is up, red should be common. May have selanoid for up and one for up, if you jump a wire on each side of selanoid should trigger pump. I picked up a toggle switch at radio shack and wired it with aligator clips so next time I will still have a switch. If that gets tilt working. Bring outdrive all the way up and check level in reservoir. You can search here on Iboats but check ebay for a shop manual on your boat.
