I thought that part of the pump was broken, but was able to determine that I had a leak and just gotten low on fluid. the nut/fitting that screws into the pump housing was leaking pretty good. I put a wrench on it and it happened to have almost half a turn left to tighten it. what was a moderate leak is now a tiny drip. Any idea what is wrong with it? do i need a new fitting? or do i need to redo the end of the line where the fitting goes?
