The trim on an 86 OMC has two different fuses, the main comming from power before the solenoids is a 30A then ther's a smaller one. Does anyone know what size the smaller fuse is? i took it out and lost it and can't remmember.

Time for a manual, and spare fuses on-board?
You need spare fuses, and need to know what goes where.
Sorry, but that is a must- get a manual.

Yea, i know. it's ordered. But that's beside the point. as of right now i don't have it and i need to know the fuse sizes so if someone would be soo kind as to look in the manual to let me know what the fuse size is that would be great. Thanks!

Google :"wire size/gage, fuse size", or something like that. it simply depends on the the wire size. Ya want the fuse to go before the wire. No manual here for me to look at..

The small one that energizes the solenids is a 20 amp fuse, by the way the big one that actually drives the motor is supposed to be a 50, all older Cobra's have 2 50 amp fuses, one for trim and one for the rest of the engine.
