No there is no fuse in that part of the circuit as it is only a ground signal.Typically the 12v will be fused however it usually feeds all the gauges. What kind of a problem are you having? You may have a defective sending unit or an open wire. Quick test for the gauge is to take a jumper wire and attach one end to ground and the other end to the S terminal on the gauge, the gauge should peg all the way over.
