Trim issues & Watering issues

Okay, last weekend I finally got a chance to take a look at my trim. Motor has been sitting for 4 1/2 years! I filled the reservoir, and have a new solenoid just in case. Both solenoids still work on the engine or at least they tap. Tried to raise the motor, and does not move up or down. Checked voltage to the solenoids all is well; even tried to bleed the system by hand. Still no dice.

I replaced the impeller with a kit for the motor so everything is brand new but the engine still isn't pulling the water like I want it to. I was thinking maybe I need a different kind of muff but am not sure.

The motor is an I4 115. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm thinking maybe my trim issue has something to due with the motor its a three ram. A mixture of air and a motor not working may be the problem. A far as the watering goes do the inline 4's have a thermostat I've been through my manual and have not found anything definite. This could explain why it's not peeing like it should be.
