if i turn the trim limit to the point where is stops i can not use and up buttons so i adjusted the trim limit all the way so i can use the up button at lest but do not have the trailer button working.. so if i adjust the limit back to where it will stop the up i then get nothing other than down.. does that help?

The trim limit is to stop you trimming beyond the point where the drive has no lateral support. Once you reach that point, to go any higher, you need to push the UP and UP/OUT buttons together.

i can set it to the limit but after that point is set i can not hit the up or or the up/out nothing will work unless re-adjust the limit side all the way then i can only use the up if i want to trailer it.

You adjust the limit switch so the UP/OUT button (the middle button) brings it as far as the limit. Then to bring it any higher ('trailering') you push the 'up' button (top button) and the 'up/out' button AT THE SAME TIME....That will 'override' the limit switch....

Then you have a broken wire somewhere...

Here's the diagram for the single solenoid system....

So dig out a test light or multi-meter and troubleshoot it. You have the circuit drawing now, so it should be a simple job...;)
