Help! So I have a 1994 Bayliner Capri 1800 with a '94 120HP Force outboard with a sad little trim motor. The drive shaft inside the pump that links the pump motor to the actual pump cylinder at the base has broken. I've searched for the replacement part and have found the original part, #813437...but its listed as discontinued. I've called the largest marine repair shop around here and they told me just as much as I already knew over the phone about it being discontinued...oh yeah, and to call Mercury - thanks a million on that tip.
I'm at a total loss here, does anybody know where else I can or should be looking for this replacement part or if there is a "new" part number for the same thing that lives on under a different name? The engine serial number is OE093567.
