My trim motor will not raise, or lower. I push the button and get nothing. Since it doesnt make a noise or anything, would it be safe to assume it's a fuse? I hope its a fuse.<br /><br />I didn t pull it out of the water this winter, and I need to pull it to service it, but since I cannot raise the lower unit, i cannot drag it out of the lake as the prop hits the ground!!!!!
