Trim not working, just clicks

Trim won't work. 89 Johnson 225. I replaced the relays and it still just clicks .the wiring looks correct .I can't forgot it out. Any help appreciated .thanks

Either motor is bad, pump is stuck, or bad/corroded connection

Fluid reservoir full?

Give the motor a couple of raps with a screwdriver handle and see what happens.

I'll check the fluid and tap on it tomorrow. Just got home and didn't have service. I'll post on here what happens. Thanks

So....pulled the trim motor off, it was seized, fluid was low and it needed replaced. New motor, new fluid topped off and it was good as new.
