My bayliner you can hear the trim want to go up, but there is no sound at all when I try to put it down. Could anyone please tell me what's wrong with it. Has the 5.0 engine.
First of all, welcome to iboats!
One of the Moderators needs to move this thread to a different forum list. I don't understand "you can hear the trim want to go up". Does it go up or onlyl sould like it wants to? as for not going down, it could either be a bad valve not allowing the oil to push it down or a bad sensor or wiring.
In any case, props is not the place for your best answer. Sorry I don't know much about the trim mechanics.
