I seen that checking trim pump fluid is a routine maintacence item. Well I never have checked and have had the boat two years so now is a good time.
I have 1984 Ebko with Alpha One Gen 1 drive. Is the bolt with the flat head slot on the top the fill hole? I also have two larger hex bolts (one you can see and same on other side) on the side of pump, are those fill holes?
What I seen drive has to be all the way down? Check every season? Use 10w30 oil? That's about it, I am not having issues with pump but like to do the maintenance stuff. Thanks.
