Trim question

I just changed out the trim unit on my 1976 evinrude 115. It has the prestolite pump. It just clicks when I hit the switch. Could the motor be stuck?? Its been sitting for a while.

You could have a bad solenoid/relay. Try jumping the 2 big wires on it.
