the Tn'T seems to work just fine unless I trim the motor all the way in. When I do that and try to trim back out/up the motor working but it sounds like there is no load on the pump and it will do that for 15-20 seconds then all off a sudden it will start moving again and will work all the way through the whole trim then tilt actions just fine. If I stop the trim just before the last trimpin hole it will trim out/up right away if I want it too but its that last little 1/8" trimmed in where it does this (almost like a relief valve gets stuck if I bottom out the cylinders) I'm not too familiar with how the TnT works on these (though I know plenty about hydralics) and I just got the engine 2 days ago so I don't have a manual yet.

There's a few things that can cause your symtoms.

Try raising the motor fully up, and filling the resevoir.

Then cycle it up/down several times , checking on the up stroke, and topping off if necessary.

If that doesn't get it, the manual has all the test procedures , for the motor, press. test, etc.

I assume these probibly use ATF like many other small hydralic units?
