trim ram problems

ALPHA ONE 1987 5.0


Today i took the rams off and trimmed it up only one ram went up.And it moves slow.Fluid is ok and no leaks.Any advice?

Did the other extend after the first one finished? It's possible under no load that one cylinder would extend before the other does but when under load they will go out together. If one never extended it is most likely bad.

Ayuh,.... They tend to build corrosion in the gland nut cap, by the seals, 'n bind up sometimes,...

Either try rebuildin' 'em, or replace 'em,...
