Is it possible for both the up and down relays to go at the same time. If the relay voltages are to low would this be a cause. Engine is a 115 Evinrude '95.<br /><br />Thanks
If the relay voltages are low then you probably have a corroded connection or a bad wire. I've seen several OMC's around the era of your motor with wires that go bad.
