Trim stops working

Hello to all!, my trim stops working down yesterday by the ramp after that found one broken fuse, after change note a noise from electric gas pump that running all the time and finally the engine can start but not turning off by the keys, have to take a fuse off to shut down the motor. All thus after all day at on the sea. Any suggestions??? Seams like all relating to the same electric issue for me.

Ayuh,..... Where was the fuse ya changed,..??

With a test light, see if the trim pump has battery power,....
