engine in sig. below.
i've been having the oil leak (engine oil. both engine and trim system use engine oil on my rig. the oil leak is quite clean oil. engine oil is kinda dirty, trim system oil looks like new oil) blues. couldn't find it. well this is what i've come up with...

this is a pic of a large resiviour trim pump. the bottom of it. on my rig. ya can see the oil drip.

question is. what to repair. it looks like the valve body and the whole bottom of the trim pump is an assy. is there no gasket between the valve body and the bottom plate of the trim pump? perhaps it's just the o rings that appear to be on ea. of the 4 bolts that mount the valve body and gear assy. to the pump resivour... any insight as to what to go after?

side note. nothing is particularly accessible... :(

Re: trim system oil leak

Remove those four bolts, and there should be 4 (I think) orings under it.

:D

seems logical, thanks.

where was my mind. i was thinking orings under the bolts, like washers...

o ring's seem likely, under the valve body. i wonder if there available. and if i can get to them in there location... ? i'll find out...

i did get a wrench on the bolts two bolts by the leak. did get a little turn out of them. after a run today. i'm still leaking best i can tell on a quick check..
