trim tab for 79 larson with 898

does anyone have an idea what trim tab i would need for a 79 larson with an 898 its an 18 ft boat

To answer your question, I am assuming you are referring to your drive unit's trim tab. This is dependent in the drive o not the boat make. So assuming you have a Mercruiser outdrive you would need one only if you do not have power steering. My book shows Merc part number 31640A1 (NAPA/Sierra Supply number 18-6011) for the #1, R MR and Alpha housings.

it does have power steering. it a 305 chevy but not sure what the lower unit is. the plate that had the model and serial on it is gone. there is a number stamped in the side under where it used to say mercruiser that number is 45204 don't know if it means anything.
